Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is stored so that I can send you the newsletter. You must confirm your subscription by clicking a link in an email, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter. The newsletter is sent using MailPoet, which processes your email address on my behalf. I never sell or share your address with anyone else.
Comments
When you leave a comment, the name, email address and IP address you provide are stored with the comment. Your email address is never published. Comments are checked for spam by the Akismet service. You can ask me to delete a comment you have written.
Contact form
If you write to me through the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to me by email so that I can reply. They are not used for anything else.
Cookies and embedded content
The site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, for example to remember your details if you leave a comment. Some pages include content from other websites, such as Facebook and YouTube. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with their content in the same way as if you had visited them directly.
Statistics
The site collects anonymous visitor statistics, such as which pages are read and which countries visitors come from, to understand what readers find interesting.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to chinawwii@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as possible.
